Banana Republic Factory has really been killing it over the past few years in the summer work dress category. I have a few still in rotation from previous seasons, and I may be adding this gorgeous shirtdress to the roster. I love the wrapped waist panel for adding some definition and shape, and the poplin fabric looks like it would be airy and cool on a hot day.
I would add a navy blazer and some comfy flats for a summer-y business casual look.Ā
