Title pretty much summarizes it. The packaging was horrible. it was wrapped in paper and shoved into a bubble envelope. I've bought other garden silhouettes that were packaged in sturdy cardboard. When I received it, it was bent 90 degrees. Since it was so thin, I had no problem bending it back into shape. As other reviewers commented, it is actual rust- not just rust colored. The design and cutouts are intricate, so thicker steel would've been much better. However, appearance is nice. I ended up coating it with rust converter and painted it black to get more contrast.
